God's love for you - 7th April
The Divine Mercy (2)
During our pilgrim journey on this earth, we can at times thinking that we are too sinful or unworthy to ask for God's forgiveness. But Jesus’ Divine Mercy reminds us of God’s merciful Love for us. Jesus Loves us, not just in good times, but in bad times as well. You know, Jesus saw them all - our sins from the past to the future, but Jesus took all of our sins upon Himself with gladness because He Loves us, willing to redeem us with His Blood and His life. We are all God’s children. That is why He taught us to say the prayer that began with 'Our Father'. Thus, as children, we are still learning, always learning, to discern what is good and bad, yet frequently 'falling' because of our weakness, but it is alright. Jesus does not care how many times we fell, but He cares whether we will go back to Him after we fell. When we do not believe in Him we then really pierce His Most Sacred Heart, yet from there blood and water gushed forth, to showed us from His 'fountain of Divine Mercy' whosoever willing to receive will experience His Mercy. He shows us this path, so through it we can be saved. Therefore, do not be like Judas Iscariot but be like St Peter, trust in Jesus with hope and experience His Divine Mercy through the Sacrament of Reconciliation
